Can I stay at your Morbihan campsite all year round?

No, it’s not a main residence. The Morbihan campsite is open for 9 months, so you can enjoy it for the whole of that period.

What are the taxes involved in buying a mobile home?

No council tax, no property tax, only the tourist tax per night spent on the campsite, i.e. 0.60cts for all persons over 18 years of age.

Do you have models of camping exhibitions in Morbihan?

No, but we have several suppliers, and you choose the make and model of your choice.

Can I lend my mobile home to my family or friends?

Yes, but only up to the number of people pre-registered on the original contract (max. 8).

Do I have to maintain the plot?

The campsite mows and trims hedges in accessible areas only.

I already own a mobile home on a campsite, can I come and stay with you?
